Unshackle New York consists of Kevin Phair and James Quacinella.  Together we bring a wide range of knowledge, ranging from *nix system administration, to network design, to programming in various languages.  We also maintain a wide social network amongst the most talented of our fellow “geeks”, to ensure that if we do not know all there is to know in a field, we can quickly learn from those who do.
